A go-to recipe that dresses to impress

I love making financiers in a madeleine pan. It’s tasty and a loooooot easier than it looks. My favorite go to recipe is the Brown Butter Financier recipe from David Lebovitz. This time I improvised a bit and added some lemon juice and zest to the batter, glazed them with a basic lemon glaze and then sprinkled crushed rose petals on top. Not too shabby on the old eye balls.
